Ways to Block or Report Unauthorised Transactions

 

To block your Debit Card

  • 1. Get in touch with us
    Please call 180012001200 > Select language > Press 2 to block Card.

  • 2. Connect via AU 0101 App
    Sign-in to AU 0101 App > Go to Debit Card > Select option ‘Block this Card’ > Permanent/Temporary > Enter OTP.

  • 3. Connect via AU 0101 NetBanking
    Sign-in to AU 0101 NetBanking > Go to Debit Card > Select option ‘Block this Card’ > Permanent/Temporary > Enter OTP.
 

To block Credit Card

  • 1. Via AU 0101 App
    Login AU 0101 App > Block/Unblock Credit Card > Select Temporary/Permanent block > Block with replacement or Block without replacement (in case of Permanent Block).

  • 2. AURO Chatbot
    Select Cards > Credit Card Services > Enter 16-digit Card Number > Report and Block Lost/Stolen Card > Select Lost or Stolen > Select Yes or No (Replacement Charges – as applicable. Do you want to replace your card?) > 6-digits OTP verification > Submit.

  • 3. Get in touch with us  
    Please call 180012001500 > Dial 2 for reporting lost/stolen Card
 

Report Unauthorised Transactions not done by you:

  • To report any unauthorised transactions not done by you, call AU Small Finance Bank Customer Care toll free number: 1800 1200 1200
  • Fill the details on the website link under “Complaint - Unauthorized electronic transactions” and get a call back. To know more, please visit: https://www.aubank.in/customer-support.
  • You can also go on your transactions and select the option to report fraud via AU 0101 App/NetBanking.
 

Report Unauthorised Debit Card or ATM card Transactions:

  • 1. Get in touch with us
    Please call 180012001200 > Set language > Press 1 for reporting unauthorized settled transactions.
     
  • 2. Visit our website
  • Go to AU Small Finance Bank website
  • Click on ‘Contact us’ at the top right corner
  • Scroll down to ‘Service Requests’ and click to submit your complaint (https://www.aubank.in/customer-support)
  • Select “Complaint - Unauthorized electronic transactions” and fill the details asked & submit the request.
 
  • 3. Write to us
    You can also report unauthorised transactions by sending an email to us at [email protected].
 

4. Visit our AU 0101 App

  • Open AU 0101 App
  • Click on ‘Accounts Section’ after login.
  • Click on Recent Transactions
  • Click on one particular transaction and click on three dots and select Report fraud option.
 

Report Unauthorised Credit Card Transactions:

  • 1. Get in touch with us
    Please call 180012001500 > Dial 1 for reporting unauthorized settled transactions.
     
  • 2. Visit our website
  • 2. Go to AU Small Finance Bank website
  • Click on ‘Contact us’ at the top right corner
  • Scroll down to ‘Service Request’ and click to submit your complaint (https://www.aubank.in/customer-support)
  • Select “Complaint - Unauthorized electronic transactions” and fill the details asked & submit the request.
 

3. Visit our AU 0101 App

  • Open AU 0101 App
  • Click on Credit Card section.
  • Select View statement option.
  • Click on one particular transaction and click on three dots and select Report fraud option.

  • Do not click on any links in the e-mail received from an unknown person
  • Do not share any confidential/sensitive information with anyone.
  • You can use NetBanking to block your debit or credit card immediately to protect it from further such transactions
