No, you can register on AU 0101 NetBanking only if you have any of the accounts (Loans/ Deposits/ Overdraft/ Current/ Savings Accounts) or Credit Card with AU Bank.

Q4. How do I register for AU 0101 NetBanking?

If you already have an account / have taken a Credit Card from us, you can register on AU 0101 NetBanking by using your Customer ID and enter Account / Debit Card/ Credit Card details for authentication. Follow these simple steps to register.

  • Visit AU 0101 NetBanking
  • Click on Register tab and enter Customer ID (provided in your welcome letter/ E-mail/ SMS)
  • Choose the registration method (determines the access level)
    • Register using Debit Card/ Credit Card – for Full/Transaction Access.
      • Enter Debit Card number
      • Enter ATM PIN
      • Enter DOB/ PAN (in case of Credit Card)
    • Register using Account details – for View Access only.
      • Select account type.
      • Enter account number.
  • Enter OTP received on registered mobile number.
  • Set Password.
  • Set security question and set Username.

Note: Registration with Debit Card/ Credit Card is required to get Full (Transaction) Access.

Q1. How can I check the recent transactions done in my account?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and Click on Accounts to check your recent transactions.

Q2. How can I view/download my account statement on AU 0101 NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and Click on Accounts

  • Click on View Account Statement on right side of the page.
  • You may choose from given options - Current month, Last month, Last 3 months or Custom period.
  • Account Statement for the mentioned period is displayed on the screen. You may scroll down and select Download Statement in any of the preferred formats (pdf/ xls/ csv).

Q3. How to book a Fixed / Recurring Deposit (FD / RD) on AU 0101 NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on FD/ RD.

  • Click on Open New FD / RD.
  • Choose the type of deposit - “I have sum of money to invest” for FD and “I want to invest a sum regularly” for RD.
  • Select the type of FD/RD from the product list.
  • Select the Debit account, and enter the investment amount, tenure and Maturity instruction.
  • Click on Submit to book your FD/ RD.

Q4. How do I pay Taxes online on AU 0101?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Tax.

  • You will be redirected to CBDT page.
  • Choose from various options viz. PAN/TAN registrations, pay GST/ Direct tax, download tax reports and much more.

Q5. Can I close my Fixed Deposit/Recurring Deposit using AU 0101 NetBanking?

Yes. You can use the Close FD/ RD option under FD/RD menu to pre-close any type of deposits.

  • Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on FD/RD icon
  • Select Close FD/RD option from the 3-dot menu (present on top-right)
  • Select any of the two options:
    • Full Closure (available for both Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit)
    • Partial Closure (available only for Fixed Deposit)
  • Select Fixed Deposit/Recurring Deposit Number from the dropdown
  • Select Credit Account to transfer the final amount
  • Check the details of Pre-Closure. Click on Proceed button

The Fixed Deposit/Recurring Deposit with the mentioned details will be closed and amount will be credited to the AU account.

Q6. How can I report a transaction as fraud through my NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Recent Transaction/Account Statement.

  • Select the three dots (⋮) on the right of the transaction that you want to report.
  • Select “Report Fraud”
  • View Details -> Report Fraud
  • Report Fraud
  • Select the channel from which the transaction took place
  • Confirm and enter OTP

The transaction would be reported as fraudulent, and Service Request is generated for the reported fraud. You may also block the channel from which the transaction took place before confirming.

Q1. How do I apply for IPOs on AU 0101 NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Investments.

  • Select IPO (ASBA) from the Investments page.
  • You will be redirected to IPO (ASBA) page.
  • Choose the IPO of your preference and click on Apply Now.

Q2. How can I invest in Mutual Funds on AU 0101 NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Investments.
  • Select Mutual Funds under the Investments page.
  • Choose your Account number
  • Update FATCA details and proceed to Risk Profiling page 
  • On completion of Risk Profile, you can start investing in mutual funds

Q3. How do I invest in Equities on AU 0101 NetBanking?

You can open a 2-in-1 Demat & Trading Account with Motilal Oswal Securities through AU Bank. This 2-in-1 account will be linked to your AU Bank Savings or Current account.
  • Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Investments.
  • Select Equity Trading under the Investments page.
  • You will be redirected to Motilal Oswal dashboard page.
  • Open the Menu Bar & Tap on transfer funds to Add Funds in your ledger and just click on search icon to select stock you want to invest in.

Q1. What are the different modes I can use to transfer funds on AU 0101 NetBanking?

You may choose any of the following modes to transfer funds using AU 0101 NetBanking.

  • Fund Transfer between your own accounts.
  • Fund Transfer to any other AU Bank account.
  • Fund Transfer to other bank accounts via NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS

Q2. Can I transfer money/ make payment with UPI on AU 0101 NetBanking?

No, you cannot transfer money with UPI on AU 0101 NetBanking. You may use our AU 0101 App to make instant payments or transfer with UPI.

Q3. How can I transfer money using IMPS/NEFT/RTGS on AU 0101 NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Money Transfer.

  • Select the relevant option: One Time transfer, Manage Payees or Multiple transfers.
  • For recurring or multiple transfers, you first need to Add Payee in Manage Payee section.
  • Once you successfully add payee, choose from IMPS, NEFT or RTGS to transfer money.

Q4. How can I transfer funds using Video Banking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Video Banking.

  • Select Video Banking – Financial Transactions.
  • Click to make a ‘Video Call Now’ or ‘Schedule a Video Call’ for later date.
  • Once your call is connected, you can make your request with our Video Banking Officer.
  • You would need to share the beneficiary account details and give consent over the call for money transfer.

Q5. How can I add a beneficiary / payee on AU 0101 NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Money Transfer.

  • Click on Manage Payee and then Add New Payee
  • Select bank name, account type, enter bank account no., IFSC code, payee name.
  • Submit to add the payee.

Please note that for the safety of your account, fund transfer to any new payee will be restricted to INR 50,000 for 3 hours post addition. Default limits will be applicable after 3 hours.

Q6. How can I schedule payment to my payee?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Money Transfer.

  • Click on Manage Payee and then Add New Payee
  • Enter account details and choose from IMPS, NEFT or RTGS to transfer money.
  • After completing the transaction, you may schedule recurring payments to the payee as per your preference.

Q7. What is the difference between UPI, IMPS, NEFT and RTGS?

  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is an instant real-time payment system developed by National Payments Corporation of India facilitating inter-bank transactions. No need to enter bank account or IFSC code for payment and collection of money through UPI. UPI requires only a virtual ID to transfer or receive money. UPI transfer can only be done using mobile phones.
  • Immediate Payment Service (IMPS): The transfer of funds is completed immediately via IMPS. IMPS is not available at bank branches.
  • National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT): Fund transfers do not occur in real-time basis and the fund transfer settles in half-hourly batches. NEFT can be availed at bank branches as well as online via AU 0101.
  • Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS): Fund transfer occurs in real-time and on a gross basis. RTGS is mainly used for higher value transfers that require immediate clearance. RTGS can be availed at bank branches as well as online via AU 0101.

Q8. What are the charges for online fund transfer?

There are no service charges for IMPS, NEFT and RTGS fund transfers done via AU 0101 NetBanking.

Q9. What are the timings for online fund transfer?

Online Fund Transfer - NEFT, IMPS and RTGS are available 24x7. However, NEFT& RTGS transactions shall not be available for 45 mins between 11:45PM – 00:30 AM on all days.

Q11. What happens when a transaction amount is not credited to the beneficiary account? Do I get the money back?

Yes. In case of NEFT and RTGS, if the beneficiary’s bank is unable to credit the beneficiary’s account for any reason, the former will return the money to your AU Bank within 2 hours. Once the amount is received by AU Bank, it is credited back to your account.

Q12. What is an IFSC code?

The Indian Financial System Code (IFSC) is an RBI issued code which is being used in the NEFT system to identify recipient bank branches. While selecting the payee's branch, it is essential that the IFSC code mentioned against the branch be the same as the IFSC of the branch you want your funds to be transferred to.

The IFSC is mentioned on cheque books on every cheque leaf below the bank name and address.

You can also check IFSC code on AU 0101 NetBanking. (Click on View Account Details under Accounts section).

Q13. How can I make payments online on shopping, travel, or any other sites using AU 0101 Net Banking?

You can complete the payment if you are registered on either of the two – AU 0101 App/AU 0101 Net Banking.

On the Payment Gateway login page, you may use any of the following combination to approve the payment:

- Username + Password

- Username + mPIN

- Customer ID + Password

- Customer ID + mPIN

E. DEBIT CARD MANAGEMENT

 

Q1. How do I block my Debit Card?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Debit Card.

  • Click on Block this card button.
  • You may select to block card Temporarily or Permanently.
  • In case of Permanent block, click on Proceed for Replacement Card or Skip to continue without replacement on Re-issue Card pop-up.
  • Verify using OTP received on your registered mobile number to complete the process.

Q2. How can I reset my Debit Card PIN on AU 0101 NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Debit Card.

  • Click on Regenerate PIN link.
  • Enter Debit Card expiry date.
  • Set and confirm your new pin.
  • Verify using OTP received on your registered mobile number to complete the process.

Q3. Can I enable international transactions on my Debit Card using AU 0101?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Debit Card icon

  • Click on Enable/Disable text against Transactional Usage
  • Switch on the toggle for International Usage. Further on, each of ATM, POS, Online, Contactless usage can be enabled/disabled individually under international usage
  • Click on Confirm button to proceed
  • Verify using OTP received on your registered mobile number

Debit Card transactional usage will be updated.

Q4. How do I set limits on Debit Card transactions through AU 0101 NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Debit Card.

  • Click on Set Limits
  • Adjust the transaction limits by dragging the pointer on limit scale for POS, ATM, Online and Contactless transactions as per your preference.
  • Click on Next button
  • Verify using OTP received on your registered mobile number to complete the process.

Note: -  You can only increase the limit on your card to the maximum extent enabled for your card variant.

Q5. Where can I view my Debit Card details?

  • Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Debit Card.
  • Click on View tab on the card image for Card Number and Expiry Date. Or Click on Show link against CVV field.
  • Verify using OTP received on your registered mobile number to view the details.

Q6. How do I enable/ disable transactions on my Debit Card on AU 0101 NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Debit Card icon.

  • Click on Enable/Disable text against Transactional Usage
  • Use the toggle switches of Domestic and International Usage. Further on, each of ATM, POS, Online, Contactless usage can be enabled/disabled for both domestic and International
  • Click on Confirm button to proceed
  • Verify using OTP received on your registered mobile number

Debit Card transactional usage will be updated.

Q7. How can I report a Debit Card transaction as fraud on NetBanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Accounts.

  • Click on Recent transactions or select “View Account Statement”.
  • Select the three dots (⋮) on the right of the debit transaction that you want to report.
  • Select “Report Fraud” directly or within “View Details”.
  • Select the Channel as “Debit Card” from the given options (Debit Card or NetBanking/Mobile Banking).
  • If there are multiple Debit Cards, select the Debit Card number.
  • You can choose to block the selected Debit Card.
  • Confirm and enter OTP.

The transaction would be reported as fraudulent, and Service Request is generated for the reported fraud. The channel may or may not be blocked as selected in step 6.

F. CREDIT CARD

 

Q1. How do I apply for Credit Card on AU 0101 NetBanking?

On AU 0101 NetBanking, only Bank customers will be able to apply for the Credit Card. Follow the steps given below to

New customers can apply for Credit Card though AU 0101 App (Download link). Register on the app and click on the Credit Card icon on the landing dashboard.

  • AU Bank customers can login to AU 0101 NetBanking and look pre-approved credit card offers under Offers section.
  • If you don’t have a pre-approved offer, go back to main menu, click on on Credit Card icon. Click on Apply Now button on Credit Card page.
  • Confirm your Mobile No. & PAN
  • Select Customer ID & Tap on Next
  • Verify your Aadhaar No.
  • Add Delivery address, personal details & employer details
  • Select the Credit Card of your choice (as per eligibility)
  • Upload Address Proof
  • Initiate Video KYC to complete your Credit Card Application

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Credit Card.

  • Select Reward Points and click on Redeem Now.
  • You will be re-directed to AU Rewardz portal, click on Redeem points from Menu.
  • Select E-Gift voucher or add to Cart the product of your choice to redeem.
  • Proceed for Payment & complete OTP verification. That’s it! You have redeemed your reward points.

Q10. Is there an option to choose for replacement while blocking Credit card on AU 0101 App?

Yes. You can use the Block with Replacement option with pre-defined charges under Permanent Block functionality to replace a damaged/ lost card.

  • Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Credit Card icon
  • Select Block/ Unblock option from the 3-dot menu (present on top-right)
  • Click on Permanent Block radio button and further select Block with Replacement option
  • Select the Delivery location – Permanent or Communication Address. Replacement Charges will be displayed on screen
  • Check the details and click on Confirm to continue
  • Verify using OTP received on your registered mobile number

Your present Credit Card will be successfully blocked and request number for the issuance of new Credit Card will be displayed.

Q11. How can I see the CVV of my credit card in Netbanking?

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Credit Card.

  • Select the card you want to check the CVV of.
  • Click on “View Details”.
  • It will be masked by default. Click on “Show”.
  • CVV will be visible.

Q12. How can I see the full details of my Credit Card via NetBanking?

You can view your complete Credit Card number along with the CVV and Expiry on your Credit Card/Commercial Credit Card page.

  • Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Credit Card.
  • Select the desired card.
  • Click on “View Details”.
  • By default, the card number and expiry date will be visible and CVV will be masked.
  • Click on “Show” to view the CVV. The card number will be masked when CVV will be shown.

  • Post successful bill payment, click on set up standing instructions.
  • Choose the max. amount to be paid every month, date range, select the Debit Account.

Q1. How can I enable / disable OTP on email?

  • Post login, select ‘Settings’ from the menu (≡) on top-left, or from the dashboard
  • Select ‘OTP on email’ option
  • Toggle ON or OFF the button and click on Confirm (By default OTP on email is ON)
  • Post successful update, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number

Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Apply Now

  • Select Car Loan and you would get to choose between Used Car Loan and New Car Loan.
  • Select the product of your preference and complete the steps.

Q2. How do I apply for Personal Loan on AU 0101 NetBanking?

Customers eligible for Pre Approved Personal Loans can apply for the same following the steps mentioned below on Net Banking.

  • Login to AU 0101 NetBanking and click on Offers icon.
  • Check for Pre Approved Personal Loan under Pre Approved tab.
  • Click on Avail Now button.
  • Enter the required details – Communication, Residential and Employment.
  • Select Purpose of Loan and enter referral code (if applicable)
  • Check the Loan sanction details and Accept the offer to proceed.
  • Use e-sign on the Loan Agreement to go ahead.
  • Enter/ confirm Bank Account Details.
  • Approve for the EMI Auto-debit from the account and verify.
