Q1. Is there any Annual fee applicable on my Credit Card?

Yes, an annual fee is applicable on the ixigo AU Credit Card. However, this fee is only charged if the retail spend waiver condition is not met.

The joining fee is Rs. 999 + GST, but it can be waived if the cardholder spends Rs. 1,000 within the first 30 days of card issuance.

The renewal fee of Rs. 999 + GST can also be waived if the cardholder spends Rs. 1,00,000 in the previous year.

Q2. What is an Interest-Free Credit Period?

You can enjoy up to 48 days of Interest-Free Credit Period on your ixigo AU Credit Card. For more details, refer to our Most Important Terms & Conditions.

Q3. What is the fee applicable for add-on cards?

You can get up to 3 lifetime free ‘Add-on Credit Cards’ issued to your family members. There’s no annual fee applicable to add-on cards.

Q4. How to apply/use discounts on ixigo platforms?

Cardholders can apply the ongoing discount codes and offers to save on flight, bus and hotel bookings made via the ixigo AU Credit Card. It is advisable to verify the validity of the offer. Additionally, the payment gateway fee discount for train tickets will be automatically applied to eligible cards.

Q5. What is the validity of ixigo money vouchers?

ixigo money voucher will be sent to your registered email ID once the spending conditions are met. These vouchers should be added within 15 days from the date of card issuance and will remain valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Q6. How can I get access to a Priority Pass Lounge?

You must present your Priority Pass card, upon requested by you along with your ixigo AU Credit Card, at the lounge to gain access. Please note that charges of $27 + taxes are applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Visits to lounges within India
  • Visits to international airport lounges (Outside India) beyond the allowed complimentary visits
  • For any guest visits

Q7. Can I get another Priority Pass issued if it is lost/stolen/damaged?

Yes. In the event of a lost/stolen/damaged Priority Pass Card, please call AU Small Finance Bank’s Customer Care at 1800 1200 1500 to get it blocked and request a replacement. In case of any misuse of the card, an immediate action is required.

Q8. Where can I redeem my Reward Points?

You can redeem your Reward Points as of your last statement balance from the ixigo app or AU 0101. You can also view your redeemable points here.

*Please note that a minimum of 200 Reward Points is required for redemption. A nominal fee of Rs. 99 + GST will be levied on each successful redemption.

*Reward points are valid for 2 years from the specific statement month. For example: The Reward Points that you receive in the May 2023 statement, if not used, will expire in May 2025.

Q9. How can I pay my credit card bill?

Here’s how you can pay your credit card bill -

On the ixigo app

  • Log in to the ixigo app's card management flow using your mPIN.
  • Go to the Account Summary and tap on 'Pay Bill’.
  • Review and select your preferred bill amount.
  • Choose a payment method and settle your credit card bill.

For AU Small Finance Bank account holders

  1. AU Small Finance Bank account holders can also make payments through the AU 0101 app or NetBanking.
  2. Payments can be made using the Autopay facility wherein based on the standing instruction given, funds can be automatically transferred from the cardholder's AU Small Finance Bank account to the cardholder's credit card account on the due date.
  3. Payments can also be made via an AU Small Finance Bank cheque. Please submit this at any of our branches. Write the cheque payable to "AU Credit Card Number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx" and deposit it at least 3 working days before the due date for timely processing.

For Non-AU Small Finance Bank account holders

  1. Payment can be made through the ixigo app, AU 0101 app or NetBanking.
  2. Payments can be made by submitting cheques from other banks at AU Small Finance Bank branches. The cheque should be made payable to "AU Credit Card Number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx".
  3. Please make sure to deposit it at least 5 working days before the due date for cheques drawn on non-AU Small Finance Bank accounts.
  4. Payments can also be made through UPI by selecting "Pay Now" on the card management screen on the ixigo platform.

Q10. I have not received my monthly credit card statement. What should I do?

Please write to us at [email protected] or call us at 1800 1200 1500 for assistance. If you wish to know the Outstanding Amount on your credit card, you can use our 'AURO' chatbot service on the website (under 'View Card Information'), or log into our NetBanking or Mobile Banking Application.

Q11. How can I place the request to get my lost/stolen/damaged card replaced?

You can register via the ‘Settings’ option for ‘Card management’ on the ixigo app. If you need assistance, you can contact our Customer Care at 1800 1200 1500 to place a new card request. Please note, card replacement charges of Rs. 100 + taxes, will apply.

Q12. How do I activate my card and generate a card PIN?

You can activate your card and generate the card PIN by following any of the below steps:

  • Login to the ixigo app with your registered mobile number > Card Management > Set PIN
  • Visit our website at www.aubank.in > Credit Cards section > Credit Card Services > Set my PIN and follow the steps as briefed
  • Visit our website www.aubank.in > Use our Chatbot service ‘AURO’ > Credit Card Services > Set my PIN and follow the steps as briefed
  • Call our Customer Care No. 1800 1200 1500 and set your PIN on the IVR service

Note - Credit Card PIN Generation will automatically activate your Credit Card.

Q13. How do I reset/change my Card PIN?

You can reset/change your card PIN by following any of the below steps:

  • Login to the ixigo app with your registered mobile number > Card Management > Set / Reset PIN
  • Visit our website at www.aubank.in > Credit Cards section > Credit Card Services > Set my PIN and follow the steps as briefed
