    Now sending physical requests to AU Bank is easy and free of cost only for our esteemed NRI customers like you. Our Aramex - Shop & Ship overseas mailbox services will be available for our NR customers residing in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, Indonesia, UK, USA, Australia, Egypt, Georgia, Greece, Cyprus, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Hong Kong, Shanghai, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Czech Republic. Mailbox facility is available with effect from 01st Nov 2021.

    With our PO Box service, you do not have to incur courier cost to send your request to AU Bank. All you have to do is - drop your request packets in the courier office mentioned on the below drop box address.

While sending your documents to Aramex -Shop & Ship Office, please follow below steps:

  • Download the relevant form

  • Fill the form and attach relevant documents (If required)

  • Send it through courier / post to the Aramex - Shop & Ship overseas mailbox services address nearest to your location mentioning Zero Value. Please ensure to collect your tracking / AWB number from your local courier when the documents are sent to Aramex office through your local courier OR collect the AWB number from Mailbox counter when the documents are dropped by visiting Aramex Office in person. Kindly mention your name on the courier packet.

  • On receipt of your shipment in India, the request will be processed as per our TAT (Turn Around Time). In case of any holds on your requests, an email we will be sent on your registered email id. We may not be able to action the request if your email id is not available in our AU Bank records.


Schedule of Service Charges applicable for individual instructions / requests.

  • You will need to send your documents in sealed packets/envelopes to Aramex - Shop & Ship using their local postal service or can come personally to drop their shipments at Aramex Offices. Please ensure that you mention your Name, Customer ID and Account number with each request.

  • Kindly refrain from mentioning any value on the envelope for moving documents under Aramex -Shop & Ship Service. The value always needs to be ZERO.

  • Please be aware that only documents can be moved under Shop & Ship Service. You cannot send any monetary instruments, excluding but not limited to, cheques, drafts or dividend warrants through this service.

  • In-case of personal drop, you are required to mention “Shop & Ship” Account Number. For e.g. – for Dubai, you need to mention Account # DEL 21976 mandatorily on the shipment along with the complete address. If the complete address and Account number for respective country is not mentioned on the envelope, it would lead to loss of documents.

  • In-case documents are couriered to Aramex - shop & ship office, you will need to mention the account number along with the complete address (For e.g. – for Dubai, -Account #DEL 21976 needs to be mentioned) mandatorily on the shipment at the time of dispatch. You are also required to make a note of the Airway bill/ tracking number from the courier company you are using in order to keep a track of the shipment.

  • AU Small Finance Bank Ltd will not be responsible for any loss arising out of documents / instructions being sent to the wrong address or documents / instructions lost in transit.


Confidentiality of the documents sent by the customer will be maintained.

  • User availing Aramex - Shop & Ship overseas mailbox facility service at their own risk.

  • AU Small Finance Bank Ltd will not be responsible or liable to the user or any other third party for the envelopes / packets or its contents during the transit from the user to the Aramex - Shop & Ship overseas mailbox address.

  • User needs to provide us proper tracking details for our Vendor Aramex Shop and ship to track the shipment at their end. Without valid tracking details Aramex Shop and Ship team will not be in a position to track the shipment and will not be liable for any loss in transit.

  • On receipt of the envelopes / packets at our mailbox offices, Aramex - Shop & Ship Service will be responsible till it is shipped and delivered to AU Bank Head Office, Jaipur. By availing the service, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to entrust the trans-shipment to India at his sole risk and discretion to Aramex - Shop & Ship overseas mailbox services and AU Bank Ltd. is not liable or responsible for any loss or destruction of the envelopes / packets in the hands of Aramex - Shop & Ship overseas mailbox services.



  • Please ensure that you mention your Name, Customer ID and Account Number on the request which you have sent through Aramex - Shop & Ship overseas mailbox services. Do not mention your account details on the envelope.

  • The indicative delivery for documents dispatched through Aramex - Shop & Ship overseas mailbox services is approximately 15-20 international working days. This is from the day shipment is received at Mailbox services and does not consider the time involved by local postal service.



Please do not send any other document or instruction, including, but not limited to, Cheque s, Demand Drafts or cash using the Aramex - Shop & Ship overseas mailbox services. AU Bank reserves the right to destroy such instruments or return them back to you, at its discretion.
