Loans are provided to builders and developers for developing and constructing residential or commercial premises against mortgage of the land over which the building is proposed along with the superstructure. Loan tenure typically ranges from 2 years to 4 years.

Alternatively, loans are provided to builders and developers for their business purpose against mortgage of the security of adequate value acceptable to AU Small Finance Bank, as we may deem necessary. Maximum loan tenure is for 4 years.
