Convenient ways to pay your AU Credit Card Bills

 

With the rise in usage of Digital Banking, there are several ways you can make Credit Card bill payments online, it’s simple and easy. If you prefer to pay your bills via offline modes, we have a variety of options for offline payments too.

Pay your AU Credit Card bill by using any of the below channels as per your convenience. We advise you to refrain making payments through other modes and use only bank authorized modes.

Customer holding AU Savings or Current Account

Pay Online via AU 0101

Now pay your AU Credit Card bill online with AU 0101 App / NetBanking

a. AU 0101 App

  • Login to AU 0101 App
  • Select ‘Credit Card’ and then click on ‘Pay bill’
  • Select the amount you wish to pay and click on ‘Proceed’
  • Enter OTP for verification

b. AU 0101 NetBanking

  • Log in to AU 0101 NetBanking with your Username and Password
  • Select Credit Card and then click on ‘Pay Bill’
  • Select the amount you wish to pay and click on ‘Proceed’
  • Enter OTP for verification

To download AU 0101 App: Open  Playstore or  Appstore on your Mobile> In search tab enter ‘AU 0101’> Click on install > Refer above steps to make payment.

Cheque Deposit at AU Small Finance Bank Branch

Now pay Credit Card bill at your nearest branch using your AU Small Finance Bank Cheque.

  • Payee Name should be 16-digit AU Credit Card Number
  • Enter the amount you wish to pay & deposit the cheque in your nearest AU Small Finance Bank Branch
  • Deposit the cheque 2 days prior to the due date
Enable Auto Pay

Why fret over bill payments when you have us? Enable Auto Pay feature from your AU account using AU 0101 App / NetBanking and pay your Credit Card dues in time. To enable the feature, follow the steps below:

  • Log in to AU 0101 App / NetBanking with your username and password
  • Select Credit Card and click on service request
  • Select enable/disable AutoPay and tap on toggle to enable
  • Select total bill amount or minimum amount due and click on proceed
  • Select your account and click on confirm
  • Click on enter OTP for verification
Pay via any UPI App

Now pay your AU Credit Card bill instantly using any UPI App*.

  • Login to any UPI app
  • Select ‘Pay to UPI ID’
  • Enter UPI ID "AUCC.<Registered Mobile Number><Last 4 digit of Credit Card>@AUBANK"
  • Enter amount you wish to pay
  • Verify using UPI PIN

Customer holding other Bank Savings or Current Account

IMPS/NEFT Payment

Now pay your AU Credit Card outstanding from any other Bank Net/Mobile Banking in easy steps.

  • Visit any other Bank Net/Mobile Banking
  • Add biller by entering 16-digit AU Credit Card number
  • Enter IFSC code: AUBL0CCARDS
  • Enter amount you wish to pay
  • Select Payment mode as IMPS/NEFT

Other Bank Cheque Deposit at AU Small Finance Bank Branch

Now pay Credit Card bill at your nearest AU Small Finance Bank branch using other Bank Cheque.

  • Payee Name should be 16-digit AU Credit Card Number
  • Enter the amount you wish to pay & deposit the cheque in your nearest other Bank Branch
  • Deposit the cheque 4 days prior to the due date
Pay via any UPI App

Now pay your AU Credit Card bill instantly using any UPI App*.

  • Login to any UPI app
  • Select ‘Pay to UPI ID’
  • Enter UPI ID "AUCC.<Registered Mobile Number><Last 4 digit of Credit Card>@AUBANK"
  • Enter amount you wish to pay
  • Verify using UPI PIN

BBPS Payment
  • Visit any other Bank Net/Mobile Banking or your preferred payment App.
  • Select AU Bank Credit Card under BBPS Bill payment.
  • Add biller by entering Registered Mobile Number and last 4 digit of your AU Credit Card.
  • Total Amount Due or Minimum Amount Due will reflect on your Mobile/Desktop screen.
  • Choose the amount you wish to pay & enter OTP/MPIN for verification. 
Cash payment at AU branches
  • Visit nearest AU Bank Branch
  • Fill Cash deposit Slip by entering the AU Credit Card number and amount you wish to pay.
  • Submit the Cash deposit slip & Cash at the counter.
  • Amount will reflect in your card account within 48 hrs.
