    • Sanjeev Kapoor

    This person needs no introduction, after all, he is the most celebrated face of Indian cuisine. He runs a successful TV Channel FoodFood and hosts a cookery show called Khana Khazana. He is a restaurateur and the author of 150+ best-selling cookbooks. His recipe portal www.sanjeevkapoor.com  is a complete cookery manual with a compendium of more than 10,000 tried & tested recipes, videos, articles, tips & trivia and a wealth of information on the art and craft of cooking in both English and Hindi.

    Kunal has played host in many television shows such as Masterchef India and Junior Masterchef India. He was also invited to judge the semi-finale of Masterchef America with Chef Gordon Ramsey. Journalist Vir Sanghvi had quoted him as “The real star of Masterchef India”.

    Vikas Khanna is an Indian celebrity chef, restaurateur and cookbook writer. From Ludhiana to New York, his journey has been amazing. Khanna has worked with the best food experts around the globe, including Gordon Ramsey and Bobby Flay.
    As of today, he runs his own restaurant named “Junoon” in New York. He has also arranged a dinner for US President Barack Obama. Moreover, he gave his presence as a judge in the Master Chef India series.

    Ranveer Brar is a MasterChef India judge, chef, travel show host, food columnist and food stylist. Born in Lucknow, he was inspired to become a chef by a youthful fascination with the city's famous street kebab vendors.
    Ranveer began working in hotels in Delhi and by the age of 25 he became the youngest executive chef at Kafe Fontana. He then opened the Chocolate Box, a unique pastry shop that offers live chocolate making and customized chocolate designs. He later moved to Boston (USA) where he opened the restaurant Banq. After successful years in the US, he returned to India as the executive chef for Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. His famous show is ‘Health Bhi Taste Bhi’ on Zee Khana Khazana.

    • Received recognition for his contribution to various cuisines by several institutions such as AIWF, AICA, as also the Mayor of Boston. In addition, he has also represented India at the WPF.

    • Harpal Singh Sokhi

    Harpal Singh Sokhi is a celebrity chef from India. The combination of Indian food with International Cuisine is the thing that has made Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi famous among the top best Indian chefs. As a chef, he has worked with multiple hotel and restaurant chains before launching his own chain – The Punjabi Tadka – in 2013. He has hosted the cooking show Turban Tadka and is currently the Director of Turban Tadka Hospitality.
    That’s not all! Sokhi has taught as a guest faculty member at the N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research. He has crafted the menu for the restaurant Jashan (Hong Kong) and has launched the biggest Lounge Bar De Nuevo in Jalandhar, Punjab.

    • Madhur Jaffrey

    Indian-born actress turned food and travel writer, Madhur Jaffrey introduced Indian cooking to America through her debut cookbook, ‘An Invitation to Indian Cooking’ that won her a James Beard Award. Her hall of fame includes several cookbooks, food shows including a BBC show on Indian cooking and teaching at James Beard School of Cooking. She is the Julia Child of Indian cooking who showed the western world the art of Indian cuisine. She lives in Manhattan and has a home in upstate New York. As a result of the success of her cookbooks and TV, Jaffrey developed a line of mass-marketed cooking sauces.

    • Named as Who's Who of Food and Beverage in America by the James Beard Foundation in 1995.
    • Honorary CBE awarded in 2004 "in recognition of her services to cultural relations between the United Kingdom, India and the United States through her achievements in film, television and cookery".
     
    • Pankaj Bhadouria

    Pankaj Bhadouria is the winner of MasterChef India Season 1 (2010). She was a school teacher who quit a 16-year-old job to participate in the first season of MasterChef India. She has hosted TV shows like Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka (StarPlus), Kifayati Kitchen (Zee Khana Khazana), 3 Course with Pankaj (Zee Khana Khazana), Rasoi se- Pankaj Bhadouria ke Saath(ETV) etc.
    She was the first MasterChef Winner worldwide to have an official MasterChef Cookbook in her name and has written two more cookery books Barbie- I am a Chef, and Chicken from my Kitchen (Bloomsbury Publishing).
