AU Shopping Dhamaka Offer Terms and Conditions:

This Offer ('Offer') from AUSFB Ltd. ('AU Small Finance Bank') is open to selected Card members holding a valid and existing AUSFB VISA/Rupay Debit Card (‘Card’) •

  • Offer shall be valid from 28th day of September 2019 to 1st November 2019, (both days inclusive) (“Term”) unless extended by AUSFB. Offer is made available at the sole discretion of AUSFB.
  • Spends on multiple Cards cannot be clubbed to avail the benefit under the Offer. Spends on individual Card(s) will be calculated to evaluate the eligibility of this Offer.
  • The Offer is not valid on atm cash withdrawals.
  • As part of the promo:
    • Top 3 spenders will get Apple iPHONE 11.
    • Top weekly spenders will get Realme 3i mobile phone (25 customers in promo period)
    • The Top 500 card spenders (excluding above qualifiers) will get up to 2% cashback on their spends (up to Rs 750)
    • First 1,000 customers in promo period to spend over INR 25,000 will get a Rs 100 movie voucher (excluding above qualifiers).
    • Additionally, any customer who transacts will get free 3 months Gaana Plus subscription and free 5 months Zomato Gold membership.
  • For highest spenders, spends of all Cardholders (except AUSFB staff) will be checked to identify the winner for overall top spender, weekly top spender & top 500 spenders.
  • To qualify for monthly winner prize a customer would need to do atleast spends of INR 50,000 in the promo period. To qualify for weekly winner’s prize a customer would need to do atleast INR 10,000 worth of spends in any qualifying week.
  • Under the highest spender Offer, a Cardmember can win an iPhone/Realme 3i if the spends on the Card are highest among all Cardmembers in the promo period/week respectively. In case of multiple Cardmembers with equal spends on the respective Cards in the promo period/ same week, the winner will be decided basis the 1st Cardmember who achieved the highest spend first basis date and time of the purchases. Refer to ‘Week’ definitions below.
  • Week” shall mean period of 7 days starting from 12.00 AM of the 1st day and ending at 11.59 PM of the last day of the week during the Offer Period.
    • Week 1: From 28th September to 4th October 2019
    • Week 2: From 05th October to 11th October 2019
    • Week 3: From 12th October to 18th October 2019
    • Week 4: From 19th October to 25th October 2019
    • Week 5: From 26th October to 1st November 2019
  • The eligible spends on the Cards will be calculated basis the actual transaction date during the Week.
  • The iPhone Model and variant cannot be exchanged for any other variant/product or redeem in cash or any other means and no options will be given to the winner to choose from.
  • The Realme 3i mobile model and variant cannot be exchanged for any other variant/product or redeem in cash or any other means and no options will be given to the winner to choose from.
  • Standard terms and conditions of Gaana.com, Zomato and other partners will apply. For Zomato Gold membership, customer will pay for just 7 month and will get 12 month Zomato gold membership.
  • Winners will be intimated via registered email &/or SMS on registered mobile numbers and the names of the winner will be announced on AUSFB website within 15 days after the end of the promo.
  • The prizes to the winners will be sent within 30 days of end of promo period.
  • The winners will need to visit their AUSFB branch at a pre- designated time to collect their prizes. Additionally, a declaration form would need to be signed by them of receiving the prize from the bank branch.
  • While the bank would provide the mentioned product on a best-case basis but in case of the same not being available AUSFB may give a different model or product variant as available at that time.
  • A Cardmember can be a winner of the iPhone/ Realme 3i phone only once throughout the Offer period. In case a Cardmember becomes the highest spender for more than 1 Week, Cardmember shall not be eligible for Offer for other Weeks and the Cardmember with the 2nd highest spends in that Week shall be considered as winner.
  • A cardmember will only be eligible for cashback if he has not qualified for iPhone or Realme 3i phone.
  • The cashback would be calculated on spends done in mentioned promo period excluding the non- eligible MCC codes.
  • A maximum of INR 750 as cashback would be given to a customer. For eg
    • Case 1: If a customer is one of the top 500 spenders by doing a spend of INR 35,000 then he will get a cashback of Rs 700 (35000*2%)
    • Case 2: If a customer is one of the top 500 spenders by doing a spend of INR 80,000 then he will get a cashback of Rs 750 as the same is the maximum limit for cashback in this promo.    
  • First 1000 customers transacting over INR 25000 in promo period will be selected basis date and time of transaction. In case more than 1000 customers qualify under this criteria then the first 1000 basis time of transaction will be selected.
  • Decision of AUSFB about eligibility of Cardmembers shall be final and binding.
  • AUSFB does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under this Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Manufacturer.
  • Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the Cardmember either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. AUSFB under no circumstances shall be responsible towards the same.
  • AUSFB shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardmember under the Offer.
  • AUSFB will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the validity and acceptability of the Offer.
  • This Offer is a standalone Offer and the benefits offered under this Offer cannot be clubbed together and/or in any way be cumulated with any other offer of AUSFB in any manner, or form.
  • Cardmembers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
  • In case a Cardholder cancels any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the Offer, then the Cardholder shall not be eligible.
  • This Program is brought to you by AUSFB’s Debit Cards department and is made available only to Cardholders selected at the discretion of AUSFB.
  • AUSFB does not guarantee/ warranty and make any representation about the quality, usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Offer. The Customer need to directly approach the service provider for any queries with regards to voucher.
  • AUSFB shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.
  • AUSFB reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Cardholder from the Program, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
  • No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Program Period The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Gift shall in no event constitute a claim against AU SFB.
  • In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of AUSFB shall be final and binding in all respects.
  • All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
  • The Program is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.
  • AUSFB reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. AUSFB also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.
  • Any and all taxes, including without any limitation income tax (if any) applicable on this Offer and the rewards / benefits thereto shall be borne by the Customers & shall deposit the applicable amount of taxes (if any) to applicable governmental authorities before user could avail any benefits, unless otherwise mandated under the applicable laws.
  • AU Small Finance Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
